I'M From The Uk And Am 21 Years Old - Visa Advice

Featured Replies

Hi,

I'm from the UK and am 21 years old.

I have lived in thailand for almost 1 year now and have gone thru 3 tourist visa's to do it. I'm now just about to leave and try and get another tourist visa.

Does anyone know if there is a limit to getting tourist visas?

Should I try and get an education visa? (I do muay thai everyday)

Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Will.

You can not obtain an ED visa without school paperwork so not sure you would qualify from your post. Consulates can limit the number of tourist visas they will issue - Vientiane is unlikely to issue with your passport but PP would likely not have a problem doing so.

You school has to have Ministery of Education approval for you to obtain a Ed visa. Add Thai language to your studies and qualify

Thanks for the quick replies.

Whats PP (that you mentioned)?

Also, I think my gym can give me papers to apply for a 6 months visa - would that be better? Or would it be best to just try and get another tourist visa?

If I was to try and get another tourist visa - where would be the best place to go?

Phnom Phen Cambodia. PP :)

Phnom Penh, Cambodia.

I've heard about being able to get visa's if you come here to study Muay Thai. Look into that.
