Please tell me you are not an American?

When you find the Thai/China border (hint: there is none) perhaps you can also open a rail line (the only current rail crossing is to Malaysia).

I went back through his posts and he claims to be an airline pilot.  Sure hope he had good maps.

Now, this does explain a lot.

Going to Mongolia, I would fly yo Beijing and take the train from there.

Of course, one needs visa for China (if applicable depending on nationality) and

Mongolia.

In July, our son went from Moscow to Beijing that way, he was quite impressed.

Biggest problem, LOL, to get the visa for Russia, as no sponsor-letter.
