3 years ago we gone in our new villa.

A month ago I saw some small cracks in my basin what was irritating me. (my wife not :-) )

So I contacted Kohler in Thailand about the problem and told them that I thought it wasnt normal in such a short time.

Directly a mail back and asked for some pictures.

Result a brandnew replacement without any questions no need of showing a receipt just replaced.

So this company is serious.

Good to hear as all of our toilets and sinks are Kohler.

Did you contact them by email or by phone?

Did a local representative make the replacement?
