i have to make a new licens for car, my old one is destroyd in water,what do i need for papper works?

just the old licens should be enoguh it is like a normal renew for a 1 year again??.can i make new one any were?

In any city?or i have to go to were I make this one consider its little bit messy?

Thai DLs are now western style plastic not paper.

If that's not what you had then you may have to start from scratch with a one year temporary, but if your "destroyed" paper one is still legible they might upgrade it - dunno.

If you're in Pattaya you have to go to the Verification Centre near Regents School.
