Where To Find Marine Epoxy? Boat Supplies?

Featured Replies

Does anyone know where I can find quality marine epoxy such as West System or something similiar? And can anyone recommend a good boat supply store in the Rayong, Chanthaburi, Trat area? Plus if anyone is into boat building would like to share info too.

Thanks much for your time

T.

I don't know if your willing to travel a bit further afield, but there are a lot of boat builders/repair shops on Sukhumvit Road in the Na-Jomtien area just south of Pattaya.

If you call in at the marina, you may be able to get some good leads there too.

Hope this helps.

how much you need?

There is a good shop on the corner of Na Jomtien on Sukhumvit, does a Thai formulation of epoxy very similar in consistency to westsystem.

The stuff from the wholesalers is fairly decent also, pongpanich is the supplier I use.

Westsystem and ATL formulations are not readily available; there is not much point either as the cure rates are a bit lousy in the heat of Thailand; tend to go off way too quick.

You can PM me for what else you need, I know most places to get things.
