Javascript Errors

Featured Replies

Sometimes when I click an icon to open in a new window, it comes up blank.

The address bar always has the intial words ...... javascript. Here is the latest example ...

java script:MM_openBrWindow('map-flash.htm','','status=no,scrollbars=no,resizable=no,width=780,height=472');

So my Java engine is having a problem of some sort.

Anyone know what it is ?

Probably some switch set improperly.

Thanks for your suggestions in advance.

There must be some simple solution to my annoyance here.

Maybe one of our experts just missed reading my post.

Any Java guru's out there see what is giving me these errors and a blank window after clicking the icon/URL ?

Thanks

Assuming there is no problem with the MM_openBrWindow() sub-routine and map-flash.htm is present, it may be a security setting problem. Add the domain to the "Trusted" sites temporarily and check if that makes a difference.

I don't know you use licence Windows program or not? Some Windows program that you installed in your computer is not cracked or not compleated . If you check the java files from an explore. You can see blank in java and if you try to undate it. Sun company will access you easily.

The best way for you please cheack in your explore first.

If you can't use java script from explorer-browser.You can switch to netscape- browser but should to install full option.
