Can I Get Another 15-30 Days?

Featured Replies

Ok, I am American and only interested in Tourist visas

I came in with 60 days and I recently extended for 30 days. This visa expires on August 11th.

My flight home from BKK is on the 21st of August.

I want to go to Cambodia for about a week around the 1st or 3rd of August. So it would be pointless of me to purchase a re-entry, as I would just have to get a new extension upon returning, which would mean getting back around the 8-9th. DOn't really like that time constraint.

Are any of these options available to me?

1. Purchasing another 30 day extension while in Thailand.

2. Receiving another 30 day VoA if I fly back in to Thailand.

3. Getting at least 15 days if I take a bus back in to Thailand.

Don't really want to pay 1900B for 7 days and then pay 500B for each day over.

Life was much easier when I had non-Imm B's!

thanks for any advice!

1. No, you have used your only available 30 day extension.

2. Yes, although it's called a 30 day visa exempt entry, not VOA.

3. Yes

As stated, 15 days for Land border crossing and 30 days for International flight into Thailand, visa exempt entries are available to you.
