Hello.

I just got a three month non immigrant B visa. It was stuck in the last page left of my passport. I was under the impression that when I got a new passport, the visa would be moved over with no problems so that I could get my work permit, but my company aren't so sure. Does anyone know?

A visa can never be moved but your permission to stay can be and that is what allows your stay. Just show both passports to labor for issue of the work permit. Or just wait until you have the work permit for getting the new passport.
