Road Biking In Bangkok Area

Hi guys,

I'am moving to Bangkok (for 6 months) in december - And Iam looking for some decent roads and company to ride my bike.

Does anyone know about a road cycling club or some guys in Bangkok that meet regularly for road rides?

I've tried to search the internet but until now i've only found a group called peloton de Bangkok.

There's a group called Peloton de Bangkok who ride every Sunday morning starting from a gas station near Rangsit and taking quiet country back roads and some quiet hi-way. All kinds of Road bikes, Bianchi, Pinarello, Scott, Trek etc etc. normal Sunday ride is around 90 - 100 Km with a coffee shop as the mid-way point.

The "Peloton de Bangkok" is the same group of road riders called GOTP (Gentlemen Of The Peloton) which can be contacted via the Google group http://groups.google.com/group/gotpbangkok?hl=en If desirable you can sign in as member.

Many thanks for your help I appreciate it and hope we'll be riding together when I get to Bangkok

I will have a closer look at GOTP Google group - and see if it can answer some of my questions
