Where does one get the real and final 'ruling' on alcohol sales? I've checked numerous websites and contacted several local newspapers. My understanding 'public holiday = no alcohol sales.' Last year we closed our little sports bar only to find everyone else open. Appreciate your input, thanks.

Check with your local police authorities.

There is an Esan concert on Sai 3, Pattaya, on Friday the 12th, the Queen's Birthday and my Thai friends are sure alcohol will be sold, at least at the concert . Do not know the status of the bars on Friday.
