Legal Advise Regarding Harrasment

Featured Replies

Hello All,

I'm looking for legal advice because I repeatedly get harassed by my ex Thai girlfriend.

I have not contacted her ignored and I think her goal has become to make my life impossible. she's attacked me repeatedly with a machete, stone or pieces rebar.

I would like to hear what the best thing to do is...LEGALLY no big man stories for popping someone its not the ''wildwest"

Thank you,

I would simply do a moonlight flit to another part of Thailand where she can't find you.

And, tell no one where your going.

That's what Thai's do and it works.

Yeap change house, phone number etc etc and if that fails, pay a visit to the local BiB, give them a few bob to give her a call and tell her to back off....if that fails lay a complaint with the BiB.

Based on what you have written this is not harrasment....this is assualt, so you could lay charges anyway.

You best course of action if to offer her some money to p*ss off and not come back and this will strengthen your case with the BIB if it ever comes to that

You have had your advice already, legally won't do any good, now come on ( boy ) man.

Here's the best advice, classic.

Find a big rough looking lady boy/man who likes beer and football.

You will have a drinking mate and bodyguard. Problem solved.

The tuk-tuk driver I use in Chiang Mai moved there from Bangkok because he was doing his bosses sister. He was a motorcycle taxi driver and the boss told him marry my sister or I will put allof my drivers on you. Need less to say he didn't want to get married or beaten up or killed he moved to Chiang Mai. I was falling off my chair when he told me this story.

If you do involve a solicitor bear in mind that your Thai ladies firm of solicitors will go under the name of Smith & Wesson.

Take my advice and hightail it out of town, telling no one.

This is probably a troll thread, but the advice to anyone in this situation is .......... MOVE

It`s a fair question, but there are too many of these newbie type threads appearing lately and they are a bit suspect.

So I don`t bother, probably just a waste of time by people wasting our time.

I would just give her , Her dress back and buy your own,
