Downloading Ebooks In Thailand

Featured Replies

Hi,

Is it possible to download ebooks from Amazon while you are in Thailand? If not, what other electronic bookstores can be used in Thailand? Is there some restrictions? How long does it takes to download a novel?

Thanks,

Renoir

Yeah, I download from amazon UK all the time, it takes seconds for a novel.

I have a Kindle with 3G and no problems, after I buy a book from Amazon from my pc it will be in the Kindle max 10min later. I am located in Pattaya don't know it this will work all over Thailand.

No restrictions that I am aware of.

Good reading :)

I work all over the world and have downloaded books in many countries, even Africa. Kindle rocks, my best buy by far in recent years. No more waiting weeks for books to ship or having only Asia books selection. I love the kindle.

CHIANGMAI: I turn my Kindle 3G on and set it aside. I use my PC to go to Amazon to look at books, authors, synopses, prices. Select one, click BUY, and go on to reading the next synopsis. Within 30 seconds, it has download onto my Kindle while I am still clicking and looking for/at other books on the PC. Work as advertised up here.
