Mae Wa is what I've always used for even though, there are alternatives but have always been understood using mae wa.

แม้

ถึงแม้

แม้ว่า

ถึงแม้ว่า

The longer forms are more common in writing and formal speech. The shorter forms are more common in the spoken language.
