You see, I would like to go to this Festival and get my tats blessed and get a Thia tat of a prayer. I know that I can do this at any time, but to do it with 5000 people would be an experience of a life time.

As it is you have given us no information.
November 1, 200520 yr Wat Bang Phra NAKORN CHAISRI 50 km west of Bangkok. ...not sure about the date. Sometime in November or March?? From the photos it looks pretty amazing and intense!
