Signing contact tommorow for an off the plan contact and was wondering if anyone knows if you can extend the warranty as it has one year warranty after being built, any info would be great.

For anyone living in Wongamat Beach, there's a new open mall being constructed across the street from the Centara Grand Mirage resort. It's supposed to open later this year and will contain restaurants, cafes, a grocery store, etc. With any luck, the grocery store will be good. And the area could use a few more restaurants.
