I must say however that a wood-fired oven is not easy thing to construct, as far as i know. As you rightly say a 'good builder' should be able to tackle the job. But that begs the question where to find a good builder in Bangkok who could undertake a job like that??? That's the reason i was seeking someone who has successfully built one before.
