I'm looking for a specialist who can build a wood-fired pizza oven.

was looking the other day as i will be building one myself ,,,they have many websites and forums where you can download free plans ....then any (GOOD) local builder should be able to build you one.....if i got more time later i will find the plans i have down loaded and PM to you

I must say however that a wood-fired oven is not easy thing to construct, as far as i know. As you rightly say a 'good builder' should be able to tackle the job. But that begs the question where to find a good builder in Bangkok who could undertake a job like that???

That's the reason i was seeking someone who has successfully built one before.

we have been unlucky for over 70 years now....1977 i was there in wembley and the score line was the other way round

Go buy a standalone oven! No need to build anyhting in. I got a millars wood oven and its all self contained stainless etc. works exceptionally. just my two cents
