I hope to be off to India for a couple of weeks later this year, so I need to get a visa. Does anyone know whether there are places to get the (strange--sized) passport photos at Glashaus building, and to get photocopying done?

They definitely had a photocopier when I went a couple of years ago. Can't remember on the photos.

I can answer my own question. The VHS website has a list of services and charges at http://www.ivac-th.com/additionalservices.html The prices are a bit steep, though:

4 photos - 250 Baht

photocopying - 3 Baht/page

Other services:

return passport by EMS - 150 Baht

SMS status updates - 60 Baht/message
