Long shot but here goes. I have been using my AIS prepaid for company work and do regular top-ups via Bangkok Bank ATM's. I would like to use those receipts to support claims as an expense but sometimes the ATM is out of paper. Will AIS give a printed copy of weekly or monthly prepaid account activity that will show the top-ups?

Also long shot here, do you have internet Banking with BBL ? And can you do Topups via BBL internet banking ?

If yes, then you can do printouts from there (after a Topup)

It's worth going into an AIS service outlet and asking, the computers seem to be able to show pretty much everything that's happened on your account.

"I don't want to know why you can't. I want to know how you can!"

See this thread...

Within eServices you can register for call detail records which pretty much shows everything.

Some found the registration process challenging.

This post has a screen-shot showing the available info. including top-ups...

Yes I do have BuaLuang and the online, downloadable statement only says 'Payment for Goods/Services' and doesn't say specifically it was AIS top up. Could have been a massage with a happy ending for all they know!

Didn't know that I could so AIS topups from the BuaLuang website but I will check that.

Thanks,

NL
