Snake Identity

Wife came home from work and came up this guy on our driveway. My shovel won out. Anyone know what snake this is? Poisonous or not?

not poisonous, just a frog eater.

One of my dogs found this snake skin today, anyone know what type of snake it is? It was about 1 meter in length and looked to be quite thick as well.
