based on my experience, it will open @ 10am or 11am. The first day vendors tend to slack on being on time. but 11am - 12am is a good time to go. The only time being on-time is worth it is if there is a promotion, in which case you have to be early or lucky that the other thais have not gotten there first.

Like right now the galaxy SII is in full stock, so there's no worries about them "running out"
