Of course Thai women are biologically different then western women,

Most of them are shorter, have darker skin, dark eyes, dark hair, high cheek bones, etc etc

But to answer the OP's question you really have to make a survey among Thai women.

At a staff party we had a quiz and one of the questions was 'which country (non African) has the biggest penis', the answer being Equador and the girls just couldn't stop talking about it. One of them had an Equadorian friend and she was flashing pictures around the group and they were giggling and chatting non-stop for the next hour. To me that indicates that size is, at the very least, very interesting to Thai girls.
