I have no active phone line to my condo studio in ruam rudee / ploenchit. Potential tenant asking me to include net. She has an iphone. 3g tethering working ok with pre pay cards in bkk? Net sims? There used to be a really week true wifi hot spot signal years ago. Got improved? 3bb have 10 mbit, no phone line needed, but I would need to sign up for 12 months... Have not lived in bkk for ages. Now in Phuket. What are my options? Cheap, only 3 months(unless really cheap) and not causing too many complaints from tenant. Appreciate any input.

if need phone line also - anyone with recent experience? Need it up nov, dec and jan. Good value adsl that does not take to long to install?
