Man hangs himself during party at townhouse in Central Pattaya

PATTAYA:--A 20 year old man apparently hung himself in the early hours of Saturday following a party at a friend’s hours. Police and rescue services were called to a townhouse off Third Road in Central Pattaya where officers inspected the body of Khun Wacharin who was found hanging from a piece of rope tied to the flat roof of a balcony on the second floor. There were no signs of a struggle but evidence of heavy drinking. He was one of many who attended a birthday party for Khun Pawalis aged 24. During the evening the mood changed as the drink consumption increased and an argument broke out between the victim and others. Khun Wacharin decided to leave the party and moved upstairs where others assumed he would sleep.
