October 3, 201114 yr Sine Saturday morning, Oct. 1, my Internet connection through TOT was dead. When after a period of hoping it would reconnect automatically, I called TOT Saturday around 5 PM the operator did not know, they were down and tutored me through the usual procedure of reconnection, to no avail. Of course, he promised a technician would call back and of course nobody called back. Sunday morning, still nothing. Sunday evening, I called them again and got the information that they had a major break-down and no clue when services would be reestablished. Monday morning, still nothing Finally Monday after-noon (now it's 5PM), I could reconnect, but at a lousy speed of 2.2 Mb/s (ThaiVisa Speed Test). The strange thing is that the speed-test seems to run into some sort of artificial break. The speed runs up quickly to 3Mb/s only to drop as quickly to almost zero for an average of 2.2 Mb/s. (According to my contract I should have 9 Mb/s, which I usually get). Has anyone experience something similar?
October 3, 201114 yr No problems for me for the last 3 days in 2 different locations.CAT has been bad today though.
