Requirments For Tourist Visa Extentsion

Hey gang,

I was wondering If anyone could tell me what documents are required for a Tourist Visa extension in Thailand?

And on a related note, though this seems to be a perpetual question on this board, does anyone have any idea what is required to apply for a new Tourist Visa in Laos or Cambodia? My current Tourist Visa is about to expire, and I have heard it is possible to apply for a new one in a neighboring country. I would also like to like to get a hold of a double or triple entry next time-if possible. The Thai embassy in America would not grant me one without out proof of a plane ticket out to another country. Are things different in Laos or Cambodia? Would any of you recommend one over the other?

Hey thanks! I'm assuming this is for getting a new Tourist Visa in Laos. Is it really that simple? In the US, the embassy required a bank statement, copy of Itinerary, address of reference person in Thailand, address of residence in Thailand, 2 photographs, completed form, and 1000 baht (30$). If it is, that's great.

Do you happen to know what immigration in Thailand requires to extend a current tourist visa by 30 days?
