7by7 Posted October 5, 2011 Share Posted October 5, 2011 If she meets the criteria for the visa applied for and shows that she does, then it will be issued. As you have regularly sponsored your spouse over the last 10 years, it would be a good idea to say what happened to that relationship in your sponsor's letter. Only known her 2 months and I didnt do enough homework on what things are needed (a shit load!) 9 months and all the proper evidence and youle be fine, but I think the most important thing is that you can show a relationship and they have a reason to go back. Money and things you can get round by showing you can pay for there whole trip. I wouldnt have thought having a previous partner would have any effect on the outcome.
