I did not know Spicys had taken over that building. It was up for sale for a long time by the bank. I went to look at it thinking it was 3 shop houses, but it was an odd shaped building that was all connected. They were asking 10.5million about 2 years ago. However, whenever I went it was the wee hours of the morning and when you hear a Thai girl pronounce it it is something like Ni' Illusion.
