I'm running business in Thailand for 2 years and I have been using Tourist Visa always until recently I was told that I need to apply WP for future staying.

Does anyone had an idea how should I get WP? Or what kind of the Visa shall I apply? Any recommended agent which is reliable?

You can apply for your work permit while in Thailand on a tourist visa, but you will need a non-B visa to pick it up when it is ready.

For help with the work permit application you may want to contact one of the law firms advertising on this forum.

be prepared to answer questions, like why you have not had a WP before now, since you have been in business for 2 years, and why are you on a tourist visa?

Just get all the necessary documents listed on this forum and you should be able to apply for one, if you think that is too much then get a lawyer to do it for you.
