Ayutthaya Immigration Flood

Featured Replies

Anyone been to Ayutthaya Immigration in the last week, is it still functioning?

Have to do 90 day check in next week, any alternatives?

Getting a little worried.

Thanks in advance!

As the city has been evacuated and can not be reached except by boat do not believe it will be available. I suspect Chiang Watanna would accept but you could call 1111 and ask for immigration and ask them what to do as they will probably say wait until office re-opens.

But believe I would take the chance and wait to not add to the current situation with trips/calls and if end up having to pay the 2k fine write it off as disaster help.

Thanks Lopburi, good advice.

any reports from others in flood affected areas?...what do we do when the local immigration office is destroyed by raging waters and unfortunates like ourselves must report or renew extensions of stay?...there must be scores everyday during this awful flooding...my local immigration office is also Ayudtthaya but I don't need to get there until mid December...shall the deluge subside?

with our flooding decimated local immigration offices we collectively are truely 'orphans of the storm' (with apologies to DW Griffith...)
