Hi,

I'm trying to find something to follow for my staffs travel expenses for their own car use. Back in homeland there would be guidelines for some companies I worked with based on engine sizes which provide towards the overall car running costs (insurance, maintenance, depreciation etc.)

I'm wondering if anyone has any information or guideline for Thailand for costing business travel in own vehicles?

Thanks in advance to anyone who can help. Free virtual beer!

Just applicable to my own car it costs me 2 Baht per kilometre for fuel. No idea about insurance or wear and tear allowances.

Of course it's going to vary between vehicles and traffic conditions.
