I'm going to Chaengwattna tomorrow to extend my retirement visa for another year. Maybe it's the Alzheimers, but I can't remember which application form I'm supposed to fill out in triplicate. Is it the TM7 or am I mistaken? thanks in advance,

TM7 it is.......... but only in duplicate (at least in Jomtien)

Don't know why you think you need 3 copies.

One TM.7 with 4x6cm recent photo attached.

Thanks guys. All went smoothly today. They only wanted one copy of the TM7. Last year it was two and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs website says three. But I got the stamp. cheers,

Are you sure Bangkok required 2 copies? Have never provided more than one or seen any report of anyone else having to provide more than one in Bangkok. The MFA website says " - 3 copies of completed visa application forms." for a non immigrant O-A visa from a Consulate. MFA has nothing to do with Immigration and TM.7 forms.
