There email is clearly provided on the page copy I just obtained so not sure what you are looking at.

I contacted Hull Consulate by phone twice last week.

Everything appears normal on the contacts page of the website.

Maybe the OP is looking at the old Hull website. I recall theu changed websiets a few years ago.
