Assuming you mean 'M' for Marriage, we'll need to know what country you need a visa for, where you are now and your nationality.

The non-immigrant M visa is for persons of the media. You posted in the marriage section, so you might want a non-O visa based on your marriage.

As has been suggested, in order to help you, you need to give some more information.

OP needs to clarify if he means Non-Immigrant M visa for members of the media.
