Marriage Multi Entry Non O Expired

Featured Replies

Hello. My Non O expired in August of this year (15th month). If I get a (new?) visa from some country outside of Thailand will that actually be a new physical visa affixed to my passport (just like the one I have now) or would my passport just be stamped for another 3 months based on the physical multi entry non o already affixed to my passport?

I will arrive in Dubai on Thursday (too late to get things started at the Thai Consulate in Dubai). If I stay in Dubai I would spend more money on hotels waiting till tuesday to collect my visa then I would spend on a round trip flight to Thailand. My company will pay for a one way flight to anywhere I want but I may have a problem with an airline because my non o expired and I will only have a one way flight. Will Thai air let me get on their airplane from Dubai to BKK if I show them my expired M/E non O visa and my marriage certificate and kids birth certificates?

My plan is to enter Thailand on the one way ticket and before the 30 day exempt expires travel by land to Savannakhet to re-do my non o M/E visa. My departure card will be filled in as such.

Thanks in advance for any feedback.

Buy a full returnable ticket to Penang, KL, or PP to be sure.

KL is a sure bet to obtain a multi entry if you can show 100k in bank account so would recommend a ticket to there within the 30 day period to be sure with airline and have something you can later use. Yes it will be a new full page sticker or stamp wherever obtained.
