In Pattaya try Index and Homeworks and the furniture shop next to Homeworks might have them too.

Some nice rugs in Home Pro ( Big C Pattaya Klang, formerly Carrefoure).

Just drive along the road to Jom Tien and on Sumkivit and there hanging all over the chain link fences for 50% of what they get at the retail stores for the same items.
