PATTAYA: -- A foreign man sustained serious head injuries following a fall outside the Central Festival Pattaya Beach, in the early hours of Friday. Passers-by alerted the rescue services of the man, who appeared to be unconscious, lying on steps in front of the Shoping Mall on Pattaya Beach. Rescue Workers eventually managed to rouse the man who was unable to provide his name or nationality. He was taken to Banglamung Hospital for treatment while Police received details from witnesses who suggested he appeared heavily intoxicated

Yes, it's a farang. I can't recall his name, but since he's active at Sawang Boriboon, the service has been upgraded several steps.
