I'm thinking of doing a few months hard training(need to get into shape!) Doing a search, came across the Kombat group fight club www.kombatgroup.com. At first it looked quite pricey about 51,000 for 4 weeks for the fat loss programme...but it included accommodation a/c room, 3 meals per day, and a lot of different training schedules. Has anyone had any experience there? Or has anyone have any recommendations of any similar places in Pattaya ?

Save your 51K, just come to Bangkok and goes to any of the sand bagging center and help to fill up sand bags.

3 meals provided just no accommodation. Book your own accommodation or stay at he near by evacuation center if you wish.
