We are sending someone to Singapore to obtain a non-imm B for teaching. However, on their list of requirements is this:

"Applicants becoming teachers at any education organizations (national, public and private) in Thailand are required to submit documents evidence of education, no criminal records in English and a teaching license."

http://www.thaiembassy.sg/consular-visa-matters/visa-requirements/non-immigrant-visa-b

Now, a Thai teaching license cannot be obtained without 1-year's verifiable Thailand teaching experience I believe. I also believe the license cannot be obtained without a work permit. But, you cannot fulfill either of these requirements without a non-imm B, and they won't issue one until you do. Am I missing something here?

Has anyone obtained a B for teaching from there?
