You can send an Sm's which is text only and this depends on your mobile provider. Cant you just send an MMS from your mobile phone?

Worked for me. I used it to SMS someone in the US and the reply came back to my GMAIL. Receiving party has to have service with one of the participating telcos. AIS is not on the list in Thailand.
