I know that to get a "Marriage O", the wife has to be present upon issuance of a "Marriage O".

BUT: Upon the 3-Month "Face-Control-Ritual" at immigration, does the wife also have to be present at immigration for this 3-Month ritual, or is the appearance of the Farang alone sufficient ?

During renewal of the extension of Stay at immigration, Yes the wife has to be present.

On the 90 day Report, No she doesn't have to be present.

When applying for a Non-O based on Marriage at an Embassy, then No the wife doesn't have to be present, but you may need a letter from the Wife requesting a Visa for you

The 90 day address report (it is not a face check) does not even require you be present - you can send mail or by someone for you (giving written permission).

When you say mail do you mean postal service or can it be done by email?
