I get a 60 days tourist VISA in my country or another country ,I extend it for 1 month in Thailand.

After those 90 days I have to start doing VISA runs , overland 14 days, by air 1 month, continuing so I can stay till I get a heartattack , right ?

There is no reason you can not obtain new visa(s) or if you qualify, such as study of Thai language, extensions of stay.

What age are you?

The way you describe is costly and time consuming, have you considered other options?

I use a double entry tourist visa myself and stay in LOS for 90 days then cross the border and stay for another 90 days. So I can stay here up tp 180 days with the same visa.

After that I just travel to Europe and get another double entry visa. Of course you can also apply for a double entry in nearby embassies in Asia but it is more difficult to get.
