So many other areas are flooded. Some since July. Yet all we hear about is Bangkok. Why? Do the rest of the Thai population not count? Is their sufering to be discounted?

Massive amounts of crops lost, thousands of jobs lost. Incomes decimated. Homes destroyed. Sickness and death abounds. Yet all we hear about is Bangkok.

THAT is a crying shame and something the media should be ashamed of in their lack of reporting.

There is the ruling class and then there is the herd. The herd doesn't get to come inside when it rains.
