I am going to move to Hua Hin in March / April next year. I am looking for a pool villa to rent in the Kiri Nakara compound on long term basis (1 year). Is there anybody who can offer a house there?

The front office has houses that they rent on a long term basis.

I lived in one for a year; it was 15K/month but didn't have a pool.

Also, if you just drive around there were always many houses with signs up for rent/sale.
