I met a thai girl while on holiday and would like some advice about her vising me in uk

i met her when she was visiting friends and i was spending a few days in thailand enroute to kuala lumpur.

we got on really well and i decided to have another week with her in thailand before i ent back uk.

We kept in regular contact by phone and i have just returned from visiting her and her family for 2 weeks.

It is our plan for me to go out there for 3 weeks early next year and all being well for her to visit the uk next summer.

i have read through this forum and uk border agency website and understand the supporting paperwork i have to supply

this paperwork will be no problem for me to arrange and will take on my next visit

the only potential problem could be that she has a few jobs but does not get paid into a bank account, she works in a market stall and for a friends fish farm selling fish.

i have read that she sould have a good job if she has a chance of a visa.

as she is paid cash in hand would this effect the application?

Accomodation is not a problem as i own my own home and have a good job so can support her for the the stay

She also has a job, be it cash in hand, also has a child from a previous relationship and family in thailand so has a reason to return and we are aware that if she overstays this would effect future application.

i will write a covering letter and invitation to her detailing where we can visit on her visit

when i visit her i meet her at hotel then get bus to her family home, on my landing card i usually put the address of hotel but would it help the application if i put her home address.

Most of your questions can be answered by reading UK Visit Visa Basics.

Explain her various employments in the covering letter. Being paid cash in hand wont effect her application.

The Entry Clearance Officers don't see the landing card you complete for Thai immigration.
