Today at noon, around 1000 Flood Victims waiting for gift rice pack in Lumlukka Klong 12. They waiting for big boss and photographer.

After two hour waiting in the sun some people feel sick and leave the place without rice.

Pffff... we called it Thailand phenomenon.

Never mind the people who are hungry and tired and sick, wait for the Boss to get his photo shoot handing out the goodies. Seems to me the rice was there and no Boss with his photographer.

That seems to be the norm here. Officials don't do a thing unless they get maximum recognition for it in most circumstances.
