Travelling In Maiden Name But Need To Of Address

sorry about the heading, not sure what happened!!!! Here it is again.ss

wife Travelling in maiden name but in need of proof of address

still trying to sort out the Schengen Visa

Reading through the documents that my wife needs for the schengen visa, The passport, air tickets and travel insurance is in my wife's maiden name, But she has since changed her Surname to my name before coming to the UK, Her NI no is in my surname and has our home address on it.

Should I write a covering letter explaining that my wife has changed her surname but she still needs to change her passport when we go back to thailand?

I could however change the council tax Bill to her name which includes both surnames..

I am now wishing that i hadn't heard of schengen visa's ;-(

Her name chance document is in thai, Plus she has her ID card in my surname.

Any advice needed
