My two children 7 & 10 hold both a thai passport and british. I renewed both british passports, hence they have no stamps inn, at immigration airport, will this present a problem?

my dilema is immigration at airport, may not stamp the british passports, but stamp the Thai passports. Hence when we arrive in Paris immigration will say your children are travelling on a thai passport and need a visa.

Please advise. thanks tim

Did the children enter Thailand on their Thai passport or UK passport? They should leave the country on the passport they entered Thailand on. If born In thailand and never left the coutnry they simply leave Thailand on their Thai passport. In case of the UK passport, you should visit immigration to have the details transfered to the UK passport.

At check-in for the ailrine at the airport you show the airline both passports, this confirms that no visa is required.

In France you simply show the UK passport. to immigration, no need to show a stamp from Thailand.

When you return to Thailand again show both passports to the airline, Immigraiton in France you show the UK passport and immigraiton in Thailand you show the Thai passport.

In Thailand you can join your children in the immirgation line reserved for Thai nationals.

Don't worry, both immigraiton and airline staff deal with dual nationality daily.
