True Internet

Featured Replies

hi,having problems with true internet going up and down, can any one help me?do true have land line or are they satalite, sorry i pattaya area any info would be nice thanks.

Are you on ADSL or 3G? From Pattaya its a fibre Optic cable/s to Bangkok then big internet cloud most via CAT I think. I some times noticed local Thai web site work fine but Overseas ones don't when Local ISP are having issues with international cable links.

My True/Hutch dongle Internet access is that slow that it is almost unusable. I am using a free proxy from the UK which is much faster, until things pick up again.

I have True and am in the area of BigC Extra the old carrefour and it has been fine here last time there was a problem was months ago and for only 2/3 hours and then all great again Not like the days when I had 3B and was up and down like an elevator most of the time

I am in Bangkok and haven't been able to access True internet since yesterday afternoon. Just tried from my mobile to access True website and got the message "can't find the server". It seems they have problems.

One minute later and it works!

It was like this last night. I could access Internet for about five minutes and then it was down for an hour or so. Access another five minutes and so on.

I haven't had real problems with True since I changed from Loxinfo a year ago so I have no complaints.
