Direct Bus Service From Surin To Pattaya

Featured Replies

I read somewhere on line that there was a direct minibus service from Surin to Pattaya.

Is it still available?

If yes, I would like to know the timetable and cost please.

Thanks in advance.

One obvious solution would be to check at the Surin or Pattaya bus stations and ask.

If not directly from Surin, might be one passing through from Ubon, or a shuttle to catch one at Buri Ram or Korat.

You can take the bus Mukdahan-Rayong. As far as I remember there is one in daytime and one in nighttime. The price is around 500 TBH. They have an office at the busstation. No minibusservice. The buses are yellow.

There is the Yellow Bus Service, from Mukdahan to Rayong ,stopping at Surin and Pattaya. I think about 5 services a day ,2nd class ,1st class and V.I.P. For more info, they should have a booking office at the Surin bus Station.

NO minibus-thank Buddha for that. Beside this one there are in fact also 2 buses from Ubol-stopping Surin, the bad one is 407 Pattana and the good one nakornChai Air. Even if they tell you direct-you may still have to change at Khorat anyway-depends on pax-nrs. Alltogether 5-6 buses 1st cl/VIP at least per day+ some more in basic 2nd cl. And agin: the busstation is obviously the very best place to ask. And: Qs like this are superfluous- ANY main town in Isan has direct buses to PTY. PTY has NO central BUSstation for these buses-some stop along Sukhumvit, one has its own office at Central Rd. And even if there was no direct? Well; dead/daft easy-you would need to change somewhere.

Thanks Hanuman and afarang.

Nakornchai Air, they have a Booking Office at the Surin Busstation and in Pattaya, they are on the Sukhumvit (Just across from Pattaya Klang).

They leave several times a day (early morning and late afternoon / evening).

Single trip (VIP Bus) is around the 500 Baht Mark and can be payed for at 7-11 (If booking by phone)

Nakornchai Pattaya bus station : 038-424871

Nakornchai Surin bus station : 044-515151
