Nok Air have a once daily service now from swampy departing 12.00 hrs. No sign of a return to Nakhon Phanom in December schedules on NokAir's website. Hopefully, they'll resume flights once Don Mueang opens in a few months. Until then, I guess it will be the long VIP bus ride or via Sakhon Nakhon airport.
